Greater to or equal to formula

A2 : box width

I need a formula that states: If A1 is greater than or equal to 4 but less than 8 then A2 equals 4...if A1 is greater than or equal to 8 then A2 equals 8, If A1 is less than 4 but greater than 0 then it equals 3!
