Hello again...

thanks for the help previous, its all automated now, but.....

I have a sheet for each person and a totals sheet with everyone on it.

I have pasted links both to and from worksheets created by a macro. the data pasted to the worksheets is ok, but the data pasted into the totals sheet is not updating. i know i must be doing something simple wrong.... any ideas?

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Claire can you give us some examples - are you copy and pasting to the totals sheet by VB or are you using formulas to link to the sheets? Either way, if you could post up some code that would be helpful to all concerned.

Thanks
