I converted a Word text file to a Word table and then cut and pasted it into Excel. Looks fine on screen but print preview and the hard copy do not display the row numbers or the gridlines even when these choices are made in Excel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
If you need the grid lines you need to make "real" borders, either directly in Excel or when you have pasted it in Word.

If you need the row and column headings... mhmm, I've never seen that, but I imagine you would have to "duplicate" your own for them to appear.
