Guidance on Importing XML into Excel (or Access)

I know that Excel has options for importing XML files, but I am having some issues. Specifically, I would like to import my iTunes library XML file and get my music data into an Access database I've constructed. The xml file is very large, however (80M), and it is based on a very simple Apple DTD rather than an XML Schema. The records are all very simple - a sequence of key-value pairs:

Code:
<key>3130</key>
  <dict>
    <key>Track ID</key><integer>3130</integer>
    <key>Name</key><string>Walking on Sunshine</string>
    <key>Artist</key><string>Katrina & the Waves</string>
    <key>Album Artist</key><string>Various Artists</string>
    <key>Composer</key><string>Kimberley Rew</string>
    <key>Album</key><string>Like, Omigod! The 80s Pop Culture Box (Totally)</string>
    <key>Genre</key><string>Rock/Pop</string>
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get this data into an Excel spreadsheet (or access table)?

P.S. If anyone has suggestions on how to extract ID3 values from the mp3 files, I could use that info, too - the data in this xml file is only some of the data that iTunes knows about the music.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
