Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
You can either eliminate the error like this:

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP($P2,weight,2,FALSE)),0,VLOOKUP($P2,weight,2,FALSE))

or sum excluding the NA values like this:

=SUMIF(A1:C1,"<>#N/A")

One way is this:
=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP($P2,weight,2,0)),"",VLOOKUP($P2,weight,2,0))
