Help: Excel formula calculate handling fee with a min and max

I am trying to create a formula that will multiply Cell A * 12% and then return that value if it falls between $25 and $275 in Cell B. I have a min and max so if the value is less than $25 it will return the value of $25 or if that value is greater $275 then the return value will be $275.
