I want to find a way to do this (with a loop):
a list in excel is, for example :

when input of a new value in C ( x ) : 1-->0 OR 0 -->1 OR 0 --> undetermined OU 1 --> undetermined or undetermined to 1 OR undetermined to 0
For each Row ( i ) from 1 to N
If a ( i ) = "v1" (same value of a ( i ) than row X)
then change value of b ( i ) in agreement with the formula in column B
