You still have not answered the question: where are these names that you want in cells D2 and D3 coming from?

If they aren't coming from anywhere, and you just want "any" name in there, then my reply in post #4 works.

i want to create a perticuler code for display my employees name in column b in cell b2

if i type RCC100 in colomn a in cell a1 so i want display employee name & there post

2 ) if i type RCC101 in column 1 in cell a2 so display another name column b in cell b2 & there postion in column c in cell c1

, but do not repeat already filled name

Do you have a list of the employees in the spreadsheet?
If yes--what cells?

If no--you will need to make a list of the employees in the spreadsheet and tell us what cells.
