Hi All,
Im a basic user looking for some some guru level help!

I have a large list of 5 columns (one being pictures) and what I want is a box the user can type a search name into and as they enter text, anything matching lists below the box and the other entries disappear. the whole row needs to show up.

I would prefer the source data to be listed on other sheets (organized by location) but if I have to it could be listed below in one massive list.

if anyone can help me code this, I would be very grateful.

the filter works well, but im looking for something a little more streamlined as I will be using this all day long multiple times a day.

thanks again hopefully some one knows.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
if it helps I have the spreadsheet partially complete with data and images so all that is necessary is the formula
