Help - Moisture Content Analysis for Soil Types

Help, can you somebody advise me how to make an excel chart show the different moisture contents against 5 different soil types i.e.

Y Axis = Dry 0% through to Wet 100%
X Axis = Sand (range 0.10) / Sand Loam (10 to 20) / Loam (20 to 30) /
Silt Loam (30 to 40) / Clay Loam (40 to 50) / Clay (50 to 60)
