help need to solve formula not consistant in this area error in excel2010

Hi dear all,
I am copying formula(left to right) written in one cell and copying same into remaining cells. Here one cell showing one red error tag saying this formula is not similar in this area and when i click on that button it is giving option like
1) Inconsistant formula
2) copy formula from left (if i did this my if condition giving wrong result)
3)Help on this error
4)edit in formula bar
5)error checking options
Another problem after getting this error if i entered my if condition is also working as i expected.

Here i am attching my problem screenshots for your reference
i need help in solving my problem,
