Help! No idea for what formula to apply...

I am using excel 2007, want to create a formula for "Worksheet A: SGD column, where worksheet A: IDR & USD to divide/multiply with the exchange rate from worksheet B according to date":-
Worksheet A

Date	IDR	USD	SGD
01/02/15	500000	0	?Formula?
05/02/15	100000	260	?Formula?

Worksheet B - Exchange Rate Database

01/02/15	9460	1.42
