Hi All,

I am using Excel 2007.

Need help on hiding Data or Graph from a excel sheet.

I have a worksheet which has data pertaining to different departments. I want to insert a dropdown on top of the worksheet and when i select one department name, i should be able to see data only related to that department and data pertaining to other departments should be hidden.

Is it possible. Data for departments is update one below the other and it is not scattered.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Vini

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
So, you want to replicate Data Filtering, by using a drop-down, which by the way, is what a Data Filter looks like ... which will alter the graphs automatically, which is what Data Filtering does .... all without actually using Data Filtering? Is that right?
