Help please check box to print records

hi im having a real bad time......
got a database to send service reminders out....... got it calculate date of service reminders got it to put in date when service reminder is printed but i want to multiselect customer service reminders with checkbox on records and send to printer please help.... can do it 1 by 1 but not many all in 1 go.......HELP...............Please lol

Thanks for all you help but i did it...... made a new query that selected all records the i did put in the Site vist date .....

Between Now()-365 And DateAdd("d",-335,Date())

in the criteria to find all the site visits that are 30 days away from expiring
then a made a new report that printed all the results. I added a check box to the Cases table so i could select that people the report went to and i added...

[Cases]![PrintSR2]=True

to the where conditions in the macro.... and guess what..... it worked..... been on it all day if i wasnt bold aready then i wold be now.......
nearly fell of my chair when it worked... so i phoned everyone i knew... but they didnt have an idea what i was talking about.......

All i can say is THANKS EVERYONE who has tried to help today........
