Help screen problems

I know I've seen the answer here before but have not had any luck finding the thread.

When I open the Excel or VBA help screen, the Excel window itself automatically restores to half size instead of staying maximized, this is so annoying. Can anyone tell me how to setup Excel to force the help screens to open maximized and not effect the Excel window?

Thanks for any help.
 

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
