Hi,
I have a spreadsheet that contains 5500 lines of data, I need to insert a blank row of cells every 27th line can anyone explain what i need to do to complete this other than inserting cells manually.
Cheers

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

Something like this perhaps?
Code:
Set rng = Range("A1")
While rng.Value <> ""
    rng.Offset(27).EntireRow.Insert
    Set rng = rng.Offset(28)
