Please help, I have a spreadsheet with columns identifying the if the manager is a VP level or not. There are several columns with the succession of Level 1 manager , Level 2 manager , Level 3 manager. The VP can be at any level. Athough most VPs start at level 3 or 4. I was trying to write a nested if to locate the lowest level that the VP appears and return the name of the VP. The nested if did not work. likely something simple wrong. Can you please help me with the best formula to return the VP at the fist ( lowest level). I know the layout is not the most user friendly but its what I have to work with.
thanks for your help.
Sharon
Please take care and be well,

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
How about
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(FILTER(B2:F2,G2:K2="Yes"),1)
