Hello,

I am doing prep work for an exam, the task i have to do is as follows," Construct a suitable graph to illustrate the number of major faults experienced i.e. 0, 1 or 2 on each of the three shifts."
The information i have is a list of about 75 of the same item, the items are all on different shift patterns(there is 3 patterns) so the list goes, along something like this
1
1
1
2
1
2
3
3
3

I wanted to know in this instance would i want to be categorsing all shift pattern 1,2,3 and using the error numbers for each combined, or do i just need to make a graph with the entire list of shift patterns alongside their corresponding number of faults

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Like this perhaps? Not 100% sure what the data represents
