help with if statement

in my sheet I have a value in C11 that could be <,=,>, 10. I need E11 to be = to C11 if C11 is <10 and E11 =10 if C11 is >10 and E11 =0 if nothing in C11.

place the following formula in cell E11:

IF(C11="",0,IF(C11<10,C11,10))

another possibility to consider is: what result do you want to return if C11 = 10?
