Hi,

Im trying to create this expense report and have been stuck when creating an If Statment..
For example.. Cell H1 has a drop down list with the following options

OFfice A
Office B
Office C

When the person chooses Office A, I want only want certain codes to show up (in a different Cell , as a drop down list)

123
321
213
132

When the person choose the code, in a different cell I would like the product name to pop up for for the code chosen.

Can this be done?

Thank You!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Here is what I did.. Cell G1 has a drop down list with office names.

I would like that when someone chooses an office on that list A list of codes is generated on cells D4 pertainaing to that Particular office.

When choosing the code from the list I would like the name of the product to come up on Cell number E4

So far I created on a separate sheet the codes and in a separate column the name of the product.

However, when I click on Cell D4 and choose the create Formulas option I try fill in the information and all I get is a #Name? message.

This is drving me nuts.

Sorry for the long post.
