Help with splash screen

I have made a splash sreen just to see if I could and it works fine but I make a lot of different spreadsheets every week and I would like to add the splash sreen to all of them past, present and futuer, is there a easy way to make a splash sreen just 1 time and be able to just insert it into each sheet I make or have already made as I go and not have to recreate a new splash sreen for each sheet every time?
