Hey guys/gals. I have a problem in Denver I would like to throw out and see if any of you have any ideas. I have simplified my task for illustration of what I am trying to accomplish.

What I am trying to do is create somewhat of a dynamic formula that will change the referenced tab names based on the Tab Name I specify in cells K1, and K2 respectively to compare the difference between values in the same cell for unique tabs.

My modeling for my *real example is too confusing to show, but if I could get a solution like this to work, it will greatly simplify our task or comparing a great number of tabs. Currently, I use a FIND / REPLACE in the cells to change the name of the tab in the formula to compare the results but I am convinced there is an easier way. ANy tips for doing this?

If I am not clear on my presentation please advise.

Have you looked at the INDIRECT worksheet function?
