Help with textsplit and textjoin formula alternative for excel versions other than office 365

I have this formula I use in my macro for my desktop computer, however I intend to share my sheet and some may not have office 365. Any assistance would be appreciated in converting this to work in versions of at least 2019.

It is not just textsplit and textjoin. Also the LET, SEQUENCE, TAKE functions and the FILTER function are 365 functions. So is the IF(RC[-15]:RC[-11]=RC[-1] construction.

So I don't think this is an easy task!

Which is probaby why such functions were developed. Developing solutions for previous versions is frustrating when one
is used to using 365 functions.
