hi to all....i have a work book with work sheet that are link to this some sheet.....i would like to show no values until the info is add....if you look at the following rows K,L,M &N you see the error i would like to show as 0...L,M sum up to N so how can i show no value in this cell ....

This will make any error values disappear

=IF(ISERROR(SUM(M6:L6)),"",SUM(M6:L6))


edit:

if if i read your post properly :LOL: this will make an error appear as 0

=IF(ISERROR(SUM(M6:L6)),"0",SUM(M6:L6))

i think the problem lies a bit deeper,

are L6 and M6 getting values from other formula?
and are they formatted as percentages?

testing on base values shows no problems.

Hi Jamie....yes that is correct....i have a work sheet that totals to a cell and then to the sum sheet......all in percentages.....

can you show me what formula you are using

ok the first is from a work sheet .....=IF(X75=0,"",SUM(X75/Y75))
then the sum sheet =NOV!AA73,=NOV!AA74,=NOV!AA75,=SUM(M6+L6)

Try stepping through the formula one step at a time it will show you where there is a problem, i cannot see any problems so far everything is working my end
