help with vba or macro

I am trying to find a macro or vba to extract only the email body of emails in a certain folder to Excel 2007.

The email body looks like this.

That was just an example of how it can be done.
You will need to make changes to handle the content of the body of your emails.

I don't know what to change or how. I pretty much know nothing about vba and macro's other than they can be used to do things.
