I have a very simple database with about 400,000 records with purchasing information.

There are some item numbers that do not show up in my query when I know they should. They are in the table (along with hundreds of other items that show up in the query just fine) but no matter how I tweak the query, they do not show up.

I know I'm not giving a whole lot of information to go off of, but does anyone know of any bugs in access 97 that might cause something like this?

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.

Don't know of any bugs that could cause this.

Perhaps you could give some more information.

Hi

Often these situations arise through incorrectly specified query criteria - in particular incorrect field format assumptions, incorrectly specified criteria or the use of 'And' in place of 'Or', or vice versa.

As Norie suggested, some info would be useful so how about posting the query SQL? You can get to that when in the query design screen by clicking View -> SQL View.

Andrew :)
