I have data in columns like below:

AA123 A12
AA123 A11
AA123 A13

I need the final result to subotoal by the first column and then display the realted records in rows.

Like: AA123 AA12 AA11 AA13
Is there a way to do this in Excel or Access?
thanks!

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
A little more info might help get a solution - perhaps explaining what the codes in your example mean.
What values do you wish to subtotal, and what subtotal function (eg. sum, count, average, etc) do you intend to use?

I sku's that are part of other sku's.

AA123 is made up of AA12
AA123 is made up of AA13

I want the same information but have the main sku with the related sku's in a row next to it.
Final result:
Col A: AA123 Col B: AA12 Col C: AA13

I hope this explains it better?
