Highlight & copy new items across sheets

Hello

I want matching sheet SH from column B:D with the others sheets for column B if there are new items in others sheets with comparison sheet SH then should highlight by red and copy the highlighted items to sheet RESULT also if I change the highlighted item to become matched then should delete the color .
the data across sheets are about 2000 rows across sheets.
