Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with 12,888 rows.
In column R of each row the cell value equals either "Duplicates" or "No Duplicates".
I would like to be able to highlight a row (and the row immediate below) if the cell in column R = "Duplicates".

Can somebody tell me how to do this?

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Could be done with conditional formatting.
What have you got in col R for "the row below"?
G.
