Hi, I am using Office 2016 for the issue I am having.

I have a pivot table, I have two fields in the Rows part of the pivot table and have the layout in tabular form.

So there is a subtotal row appearing at multiple intervals in the pivot table which is all good.

Previously on other versions I could just click on the subtotal row and it would highlight all the other subtotal rows in the table.

However, when I try do it now nothing happens, it doesnt even highlight the first subtotal row I click on.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
On the Analyze tab in Pivot Table Tools, under the Select dropdown, is 'Enable selection' selected?
