How can Excel import data from a Google spreadsheet?

Responses to a survey are being compiled in a Google spreadsheet (GS) and this will be going on for the next few weeks.
In Excel I'm building a dashboard to analyze the responses.

It'd be nice if there's an easy way to refresh or update Excel to pull in the data from the GS.

I've tried Power Query. It imported a few of the column headers; none of the data and not all of the column headers came through.

Any ideas on doing this without saving the GS and manually merging the new data with the existing data?
