How can I get a spreadsheet in Excel to copy over to Word

When I use a cut/paste the spreadsheet runs all over the word document....I need to have the spreasheet on 1 page in word (or at least that's my hope.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Copy the data from excel, go to word, click on EDIT, PASTE SPECIAL then choose PICTURE (ENHANCED METAFILE) or MICROSOFT EXCEL WORKSHEET OBJECT.
