I bet this is dead easy for you guys!

I copy figures from a program called VDA Pro and paste the figures in to an excel spreadsheet. The problem I have is everytime I paste the figures in to my spreadsheet I lose some border formatting and I have to then highlight the borders again.

As I'm doing this for hours at a time if there is a way to keep the border formatting then I would save myself a considerable amount of time.

Any help is appreciated.:)

Mark,

Thanks for getting back to me. I had thought about this but without getting in to too much detail this also would be time consuming.

I just wonder if there is a way I could lock the formatting and just allow the figures to be pasted.
