how can i print range in excel ?

i want to make a macro with userform which allowed me to put a range on userform and then check if the value that user input in the range or not
so what i want to do is make a macro that print range in some area in excel and then make an if statement for check

so how can i print that range in excel ?

i wanna make a for loop but in excel
like for (i=0,1<i<5,i++)
print(i)
