I would like to add Range("C15") as part of saving it together with the filename. How do I go about doing this? This my code currently:

VBA Code:
Sub Billing_Milestone()
   Dim Fname As String

   Fname = Sheets("Sheet1").Range("C3").Text

Worksheets("Billing Milestone").Copy
    With ActiveWorkbook
       .SaveAs Filename:=Fname & Range("C15") & " Billing Milestone", FileFormat:=xlOpenXMLWorkbook
        .Close savechanges:=False
    End With
End Sub

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
In what way isn't it working?

Do you mean C15, rather than C5? Also what do you mean it doesn't show the data?

You're code does not reference C5. :unsure:

Ah crap, sorry it should C3 and C15. As of now the file name is referenced from C3 instead of both C3 and C15

Ok, from which sheet do you want the value of C15?

In that case try
VBA Code:
       .SaveAs FileName:=Fname & Sheets("Sheet1").Range("C15").Value & " Billing Milestone", FileFormat:=xlOpenXMLWorkbook
