How do I add an additional reference cell into my filename via VBA

I would like to add Range("C15") as part of saving it together with the filename. How do I go about doing this? This my code currently:

Sub Billing_Milestone()
   Dim Fname As String
   
  
   Fname = Sheets("Sheet1").Range("C3").Text
   
Worksheets("Billing Milestone").Copy
    With ActiveWorkbook
       .SaveAs Filename:=Fname & Range("C15") & " Billing Milestone", FileFormat:=xlOpenXMLWorkbook

It doesn’t show the data from cell C5 when saving the file

I need the file to be named from both C5 and C15 but currently it is named after C5

Ah crap, sorry it should C3 and C15. As of now the file name is referenced from C3 instead of both C3 and C15
