How do I do a VBA for a macro that allows me to record changes every week at a certain time?

Hello, so i was wondering how would I be able to do a macro to record changes by the week. My number would be a sum of two values from different tables(#NAME?), and I want to be able to record the values at certain points in time every week. How should I go about with the VBA Code?

Hello, currently, i'm using it to link to Bloomberg and I want to be able to record the value of a certain stock for example at market close which is 4.30pm. Is there a way for me to set the macro for it to take the value at a certain point in time and date on a weekly basis?
