How do I keep values on form data entry

Hi.
I have a form that I want the values from the prior record to stay there unless I change it.

The form saves data on enter (default form for access wizard)

How do I get it to keep the value of some of the fields to the prior record.

(the form tracks attendance of employees to a class, so I have a roster and I just want to enter the employees who attended and their score. I don't like having to type all this stuff in over and over and over again!

Hi, and welcome to the Board!

One option is to use the Tag property of each control whose values you want to carry. This thread shows how.
