How can I make a sheet keep all the formating I set up. When other user's enter data, they can paste data but that will change my formats to what ever they are pasting already has.

Thanks,
Tmoske

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You could ask them to do a Paste only values.

Before pasting the data, Right Click -> Paste Special -> Values and OK

Problem is that most user's that I have wouldn't have an idea of what I was talking about if I told them to do that. I know that's sad but, that's how it is. There should be a macro or something that could fix this issue for me.

Thanks,

I feel the easiest way to do this would be to create a macro that has your formattings recorded in it.

Let the users paste their data. Once they are thru pasting, just run your macro and it will apply your formatting.
