How do I move rows within a Table?

Normally to move rows within a range all you have to do is select the cells of a row (or the entire row) and simply hold down the SHIFT key.
I tried doing this within a Table but it's not quite letting me do it.

I'm sure it must be possible to do because Tables within excel are used as databases and within databases there is often a need to reorder rows manually (i.e not using sorting or filtering but simply swapping one or two rows manually)
