How do i save a file as ascii text.

Hello members.

Is it possible to save a sheet as ascii.

I use metastock, and have tried to convert the text file to metastock format, but it does not convert it.
I can convert the metastock format to text using metastocks downloader, and import this text file back into metastock.
But if i place the data into excel, even without modifying the data, and save this sheet, metastock will not convert the text data back to metastock format.
metastock has a few choices as what type of file it can import or export and i had saved the excel sheet in all file styles, but no luck.
