how do I use a formula to colour a cell?

Dear all, I have a problem here. I wish to colour a cell if the contents in the cell contains certain words like "TSSK IFF" or "IFF".

How do I create a formula for this? Thanks in advance!
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
This is called "Conditional Formatting" in Excel. Take a look at the on-line help for this function and post back if you need any specific help.
