How many hours have I been working in Excel? Overtime evidence.

Hi all

I have not been able to find the answer online.

I have worked an insane amount of hours outside of my core hours.
How do I get Microsoft apps to tell me how many hours I have been active online?
This is so that I can have system generated data to submit to my manager for an overtime claim.
I'm leaving the job next week!

Maybe look at your browser HISTORY ? My browser shows the times I visited each website.

If you only work with teams at work, so not on your private phone, you could ask for timelines in which you can see online hours
