Table:

Name Pietersen Jansen Klaasen
Jan 10 20 30
Piet 11 12 13
Klaas 50 51 53

I want to search for (example ) Jansen and than for Piet.
The result must be 12

Can this be done in a formula?

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Like this:

=INDEX(A1:D4,MATCH("Piet",A1:A4,0),MATCH("Jansen",A1:D1,0))

"Piet" and "Jansen" can be cell references.
