how to add 2 cell

so i have 2 cell that i need to add both but first i have to delete "="" and i only need 12 numbers so i want to delete the 3 or 2 zeros from the front


i have also prveded the row data in row 1 and 2 also the output i need in row 3

I assume by "row", you mean "column"
You specifically said 12 numbers (bold and underlined above), so some "numbers" will Still have leading zeros, is that correct?
