How to add error bars to a stacked bar column chart?

Hi all, watched lots of videos, but I'm still confused about how to add error bars to a stacked bar chart. I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019.

This is the data, these are percentages

Above is the chart that I've made, using data provided from Stata output and the percentages in the above table.

I have both confidence intervals and standard errors estimated by Stata.

I want to add error bars to this excel chart, but I can't seem to correctly add custom values using the excel spreadsheet.

These are the standard errors that I could use....
