How to automate pasting of charts from Excel to PPT

I have an Excel template that is adjusted weekly that generates about 20 charts, each of which is on a different worksheet.

I'm trying to automate the report generation process and have a question about this last step:

Just trying to think about getting it to paste onto a powerpoint template. If I have a template saved in the same file, can I have it open up the file, paste, then save the PPT as a new file name?

I know how to get macros moving, but not sure about how to open up PPT and link it in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
