Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Hello

I see quite a lot of hits on Google if I enter:
excel conditional formatting apply border

Seems to me that the solution for you is there.
If you are still stuck, post again and tell us what you tried.

Thanks for reply

I have tried by condition formatting second time. And it's cool I have done it.

By setting condition formatting rule to blank cells.

Thanks & regards
