How to calculate number of rows containing any colored cells?
I am wondering if there is a VBA/macro that I can run to count the number of rows in my table that contain any colored cells?
What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

Status mismatch (see below for correct status matches, anything else is mismatch)
Created, Interview, Offer, Sourcing = Open
On Hold = On Hold, Pipeline
Filled = Internal Hire, External Hire
Cancelled = Cancelled

Will this snippet of data do? It would be amazing if you could help me with creating a macro to automatically format the cells as they correspond to the criteria I listed in a previous post. I had to hide some columns so they don't match up exactly to the criteria - will it be close enough? After the cells have been correctly formatted, then need a macro to count the rows that contain any highlighted cells. Essentially, those cells contain errors so I want to count how many rows with errors there are.

Let's concentrate on that last statement... what do you mean by "essentially"?
Are there highlighted cells other than those with errors that you also want to count?
Also, can there be more than one error on a single row?
