How to calculate score using criteria

Hi
I need your help with this form.
I want a sum of the rating for only those with the most relevant
Let me explain
Lets say that in A2 ,A3,A4,A5 represent the scores.
Now based on the criteria in say B2,B3,B4,B5 I select in C4 as Most relevant.
Now when I calculate the score it should be based on the most relevant observation so for example in Intelligence I select B4 hence based on my entry in C4 the score from A4 needs to be picked up and so on.
I have multiple sections like this and I need to add them up automatically to get a final score
How can I do it.

If not please give more relevant sample data and the expected result(s) and explain in relation to that sample data.
