Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Why don't you simply filter by month in column B, instead of having an in-cell drop-down in H3?

Instead of having your list to filter there in the results sheet, have it elsewhere, and use the Excel 365 FILTER formula function to fetch the required subset into the results sheet?
